02 / RFQ fields
Connect each material to a pack function.
State whether the part wraps the pack, isolates a terminal, lines an enclosure, masks a process area or reinforces an assembly.
Name the required base material, adhesive system and color. Do not substitute product-family names for a controlled specification.
Give thickness, width or flat width, length, die-cut geometry, hole location and critical tolerances on a revision-controlled drawing.
State continuous and short-term temperature, voltage environment, humidity, abrasion, chemical exposure and expected service life.
List dielectric, flame, material-composition, adhesion or aging evidence required, then define an approved-sample and incoming-inspection plan.
Separate prototype and production quantities. Add destination, packaging limits, target date and documents required for import.
03 / Selection logic
A product name is only the start.
- PVC heat-shrink tubing.Confirm supplied flat width, recovered dimensions, wall thickness, shrink window, color and pack-wrapping process.
- Fish or barley paper.Confirm base material, thickness, adhesive construction, die-cut geometry and placement at the cell or pack barrier.
- Polyimide film tape.Confirm film and adhesive, total thickness, temperature exposure, peel behavior and residue acceptance.
- Filament tape.Confirm reinforcement direction, backing, adhesive, tensile requirement, width and packaging/assembly use.
Do not infer flammability, dielectric strength or temperature performance from color or generic material name. Validate the ordered construction and complete battery pack under intended electrical, thermal and mechanical conditions.
04 / Iraq transaction checks
Document the parties, route and final use.
For an Iraq-bound RFQ, identify the buyer, beneficial owner, consignee, freight route, payment parties, final user and civilian end use. Check applicable sanctions and export controls for the exact parties, goods and transaction before shipment. Escalate military, drone, surveillance, aerospace, restricted-industry or unclear end-use indicators for specialist review.
